Mobile Phone Charging
There is a phone charging point at Guest Servcies in the management suite. Customers will need to provide their own cable and they must stay at Guest Services while their phone is charging. Bella Italia also has USB points for charging devices (own cable required).
Cash Machines
Two HSBC ATMs are based outside the HSBC bank in the main Compass Square. An external Barclay’s Bank ATM is based outside WHSmith.
Kiddy Cars
Kiddy Cars are now available at Westwood Cross. You can hire a Kiddy Car from Guest Services in the management suite. The cars have a handy storage area and a drinks holder, and can make shopping with the children easy and fun.
Hire of the cars costs £3 for one hour or £5 for two.
Parents or guardians of the child will need to bring either a passport or photo driving licence and leave a £20 returnable deposit.

Westwood Cross no longer sells its own gift card. If you have an existing Westwood Cross gift card, you can continue to use this in our participating stores until the card's expiry, one year from date of purchase.
The store which are not participating are: Ability Plus, Brows, Grosvenor Casino, Mecca Bingo, Subway, TK Maxx, The Works, Travelodge, Vue Cinema and Yours.

Please note that each gift card is valid for a year from date of purchase and will expire thereafter. Once the gift card has expired the money on the gift card will no longer be available and the gift card can no longer be used. All rights to the money will be lost.
