Whilst the second lockdown sees us close temporarily, Xercise4Less Sheffield Guernsey Rd is going straight into a major refurbishment. We're really excited to announce that when your gym re-opens in the New Year, it will be as JD Gyms Sheffield South!

This game-changing refurb will include:
- The creation of an incredible new functional training area with a state of the art rig
- The installation of a JD Burn Zone, a HIIT bootcamp area with bespoke classes
- Lots of new equipment across the gym and a refurb of the studios
- Major repairs to the building
- All existing equipment will be serviced, fixed or replaced
- A major extension to the free weights area
- Repairs and upgrades to the air con and heating systems
- Fresh, stylish décor throughout the gym, creating a more inspirational place to work out
- Upgrades to the changing rooms and an extension of the male changing rooms
- New hairdryers, that will be free to use instead of coin operated
- A new music system, with much better music for you to work out to
